Welcome to Akron Ohio WBCCI Unit 77!Welcome, Airstreamers of all ages! The Akron, Ohio unit, Unit 77, affiliated with WBCCI Region 4 which covers the areas of Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia. We are always trying to attract new members to join our family especially younger Airstreamers, those who are working and/or have families with children. In view of this philosophy, our activities are family oriented. Our group is dedicated to the fun of camping and the spirit of friendship! Many of our members have older (vintage) trailers and may be members of the Vintage Airstream Club (VAC) as well. Others have new Airstreams. The group includes people of all ages, from infants to folks that are long ago retired. We are truly a diverse group, from all walks of life and many different life styles, all bonded by a common love for Airstreaming. Come join us around the nightly campfire, enjoy the camaraderie and forge life long friendships.
 The Wally Byam Caravan Club International (WBCCI) is an organization for the owners of Airstream trailers and Airstream RVs. The club is named after Wally Byam, founder of the Airstream company and the designer of early Airstream trailers. The club is organized by geographic regions and by locality within region, although it is not necessary to reside in a specific region or locality to join a given unit. The Akron unit has members from many areas and walks of life. Both regular and affiliate memberships are available to anyone who owns an Airstream. |
